We can produce the roller of diameter 89-219mm length 190-3400mm which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc.

With more than 20 years producing experiences, our company has had a great improvement on idler rollers, not only on the quality and performance but also on the surface.

At present, our company has passed the authentication by international ISO900: 2000 and got the EUROPE CE certification. We are fully in accordance with GB / T 10595-1989 standards to produce the idler idlers, using high standard of raw materials, modern manufacturing production processes, and after the products are finished, we will give the relative test on the idler idlers, such as the test for waterproof, dust-proof, rotating resistance, as well as radial jumpiness and so on. And the unqualified products will not be allowed to leave our factory!
Under normal working conditions, the using life of our products with normal quality is

20000-25000 hours, as to high-quality products, its service life can reach 40,000 hours.
