Carrying idlers are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame, groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frames.

Idler is used to support the material on the belt, and make sure the belt can run smoothly. The idler can divided into trough idler, down idler, self-adjusting idler, impact idler, screw idler. The frame can divided into: trough idler frame, trough self-alignment frame etc.

Our company use the ERW tube to meet the high speed. The housing is pressed steel plate, has a certain flexibility to prevent the belt from bending. Meantime, out idler has a special seals we use the multiple Labyrinth seals, it has the advantage of dust proof, water-proof, and hot and cold durability. The lithium grease can longer the lifespan of the idler.
