Our company can produce all kinds of belt conveyor and its spare parts, such as idler roller (see above picture), pulleys and brackets. The roller above mentioned is painted by stoving varnish, which can make the roller surface more smooth and bright!

Tube: Customize Welded Steel Tube

Shaft: Bright Drawn Steel to required bearing tolerance

Roller End: Both ends of Tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered.

Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance.

Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth Seal and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.

Lubrication: Grease is Lithium Soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.

Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
