Belt-conveyor series is a kind of movable, tilted belt conveyance equipment, which can be used conveying both bulk and packing goods. It can be applied mainly to grain conveyance, piling up, store house bulk emptying and conveying other grain goods as well as conveyance of package materials and goods stacking. In addition, it can be operated in storehouse or co-operated with other storehouse machines. We can produce belt-conveyor with different parameters according to the clients' demands.
SCOPE OF WORK / SUPPLY FOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM

Manufacturing and supply of below items:

Belt conveyors should comprise of :

1 Pulley assly, idlers, external and internal scrapper, skirt board with liner and sealing, gear box, couplings, take-up with frame and sheaves, fasteners, technological structures comprising head frame, tail frame, drive base frame, bend frame, brakes, interconnecting chute, stringer and short post, deck plate, rail for tripper car, rail clamps, rail cleaners, winch & hoist.

Electrical :

2 Pull chord switches, belt sway switch, zero speed switch, motors, cable reeling drum (without cable) for tripper car, limit & position switches, control panel for CRD.
